Our hope is that you are completely satisfied with your Bridal with Love purchase. If you aren’t, we are happy to accept your return or exchange; but please keep in mind that…

  • Must call +1-505-490-9133 within 2 days from the delivery date and request a return authorization number to receive a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • Must be returned within 5 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • Gowns marked as Final Sale (items with prices ending in $.99) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.
  • Most items must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to a store.
  • For in-store purchases where your item(s) go home with you on the day of purchase, Gowns returns are not allowed. For additional questions, please contact Bridal with Love store where your purchase was made.
  • Returns may take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.

  • Gowns marked as Final Sale (items with prices ending in $.99) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a $75 restocking fee.
  • Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
